This series in Sept is ALWAYS awesome. Event 1 $500 is going to get it's normal 4,100+ runners w/ 1st being 320k or more. Then the following week, then are having an crazy $400 1 Million GTD where you get 100k in starting chips WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW.
This is always one of the best stops of the year. I'm hoping to see a bunch of you stars out there. I know Diego and I will be playing event 1.

Hey Guys,
Just joined TPE yesterday and have just started watching Andrew Brokos LOL – Liveaments series. I am planning on going for event #1 also. Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations for videos/articles/podcasts for prepping the live events?

Yea, I do agree with that, lol. Either Sept or Jan at Borgata should be a mandatory stop for TPE Pros, lol. Besides Vegas.

Well, love this event. Bullet 1 started off really well, great table with a few players over betting HUGE and doing clown things. Of course, I get AKdd, 3bet an older male, he calls and we see a flop of K43dd. we end up getting it in for like a 50k pot early. He had a set of 4’s. No diamond, busto bullet 1.
I decided to reg right away at 400bb, we got 20k to start. At new table won a few hands, then got 77 in bb vs 3 others. A73 rb, good young wizard had AQ and doubled me up. From there, 50k…….. took a few hits till I ended up at table 4 for the rest of the night. Thank goodness. won a nice pot, had 90k, get KK utg ….. young asian kid on btn raises, I reraise, he flats. 70k on pot, flop J32 rb, I lead out 20k (small – hoping he would reraise) he calls. run out was small, I jam riv, he tanks for 4 minutes and calls w/ J9o. Sorry bro, that’s NO GOOD. KK wins. 190k at that point.
Ended night w/ 240k feeling great. Day 2 is thurs coming back to 2500/5000. Hoping for at least a repeat of last april borgata run where I finished 23rd. but obviously really want top 3. 1st should be 325k at least.

Well, that sucked. lol. lost a HUGE hand pre bubble for top 10 stack. I’ll put it in strategy and see what you guys think. Then after we make the money, AJ v AA for 380k pot. He’s a former WSOP bracelet guy from years ago. oh well, on to the next.

At least the guy that took all my 350k in two hands (Coolers) lol. Is in the final 4 gtd $118. He was on my right w/ 400 left when the bubble burst and guy on my left at that time. Is the CL’er 4 handed in this event. LOL I didn’t have a chance.
