Lets see how this goes. First HUGE series Stars is having in NJ since they started a few months ago.
They are doing HIGH & LOW buyins. Schedule looks pretty cool with a bunch of staff.
Todays Main is a 100k $250 buy in …… there’s a 30k Progss KO before that.
Crossing fingers for a DEEP run………. I know there’s a few of you NJ savages on here, so have fun and I hope I get lucky.

Great turnout. Made ALL the GTD’s even the Main 100k.
I’m in both H & L 5pm events. Close to money. 60 away in both…… crossing fingers.
Main 1st is 20k or so. LFG……

Just witnessed a JOE MCkeehan type of run vs me in the NJ Stars SCOOP $300 HU tourney. This clown, ran so good. If I flopped two pair, he would riv a better 2 pair. I had AA, he would riv a draw, lol. It was unreal.
This was a tourney I wanted. Big field and LOTS of money……. damnit.

Any better luck with these. P-aire? Stunningly for me, I actually had a top 4- finish 3 nights in a row; a 4th on Friday in the Low Progressive KO, a third on Saturday in the High split NLHE/PLO (which was great since PLO is prob my worst game) and a third on Sat in the HI rebuy hyper. Alas, could not make it four in a row on Monday, since I had to miss the High and Lo Mix/Maxes since I needed to take my son to a doctor’s appt.
Back at it Tuesday night though- definitely playing the High and Low PLO8 rebuys, will play the Low high roller and will try to satty into the 1K (had a great shot in the only satty I played, but ran into aces on the stone bubble). Best of luck to you; hope you had some already in what has been a tremendous series for NJ players thus far!

Hey my friend. Just saw your results on Pock5s…. Awesome job kid.
I’ve been sticking up the joint. I cashed the first Main Lo last sunday, but that’s it. Today, played the $100 High Roller LO, had 20k, was in top 25 when they hit 200…. get in 5.5k w/ AK vs a shorty w/ TT. Lost that flip and basically never got anything going after. I did double vs that guy, but never had anything at right time. Im def playing the Main on Sunday. Going to play the Borgata 250k this thurs or friday and hope to bag & make day 2 on Monday. Need some Vegas money, lol.
My Vegas schedule is July 6-till Nov 9 I’ll be playing 3 small 1ks around the Main.

Hang in there; I predict a deep NJSCOOP run in your near future. Still not playing in live events due to work and family obligations, but I wish you best of luck in the Series!

I only complain in a minor way, after all these years, I get variance. I can’t complain after the last few months on Stars, Borg & WSOP where I had a bunch of wins and deep runs during GSSS.
I hear yea on the live events Mike. I had to slow things up a bunch because of work & Family. I missed most of this last Parx series because of it. That’s life, lol.
