Sorry in advance, the hand history converter was not working for me, so I’ve done my best to input the history in a readable manner.

This hand from the $11 BB if memory serves me correctly. It’s been a while. V1 is very loose and passive preflop and thinks about his hand in absolute terms, only showing pressure when he has what he perceives to be a strong hand. The other villains had similar profiles but were tighter preflop. I don’t have specific reads on anyone as it is a relatively new table.

Preflop I believe this is a good spot to open up with playable suited connectors. I go multiway which is fine with me given my hand and stack size. On the flop I like a bet her, as it forces those with better draws to pay, which I know they will, and there are a plethora of weaker hands that will give me action. I think I could have gone bigger in retrospect. On the turn, I want to keep betting as I feel with the strength I’ve shown I won’t get raised very often with big pairs and/or draws, likely just a call from them. Once the action goes as such I feel like I have to fold because every single one of them plays a flush this way too often and there is only one combination of flush cards below me but so many above. I understand the presence of all the bounties makes this a very enticing spot but I feel I lose way too often here.

Thoughts?

Really weird hand I supose, 4way ott…

This is a KO MTT, right? on the $11 BI I think people are going to play very loose to get the bounty, V2 has V1 covered, I am not sure I can fold this one, is not that easy for someone to flop a higher flush than you, you also block them. You have to pay about 4k on this pot, is that right?

I would call and expect to see a lot of draws too.

In a normal MTT ie not a bounty one I think you make a really good fold there but in these bounty MTT a lot of people tend to really tool out in marginal spots just to get a shot at the bounty.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ad2x, KdX, and any other hand that can make a str8 or Flush on the river. Propabably even someone with QTd, QKd ect ect.

Like the previous poster I don’t think I can fold here in this type of tournament. And you always have the 4d for the nut nuts.

I would raise more then 2x with 100++bb pre for sure.
And 5way on the flop i think a bigger bet is preffered aswell. First villain is getting to good price

to stick around with A or Kd here, not to mention all of them behind.

River i fold aswell as played.

I am going to have to second Andrew’s request here. I agree a bigger bet is preferred but it’s not because of the odds. I’m happy to give 3-1 odds to a player calling behind me when they have a FD when I’ll have a pretty good idea of what they have and will be able to play perfectly against them on later streets. And the more callers the better for me. When I get one caller, say I get a caller with the A high FD. If he hits his flush I lose, but if not I win. If the Kd also calls behind as well, I don’t lose the pot any more than I normally would. In fact, I win more because now another diamond is gone and there are less cards to fill their flush.

The reason to bet bigger IMHO is because the hands that will call me are relatively inelastic, so I can bet much more and still get called by the same ranges I have crushed. Especially with the pot going five ways, I think it’s highly unlikely I get folds around so I like a bet closer to a PSB much better.
