hey folks,

inspired by matts new series i jsut digged into my hem2 stats to do bit of leakfinding. I filtered for this year only. as i think i have made some significant changes to my game.

my overall results this year on 82k hands (didnt play much due to work), 800games ABI 60$ -10k. most sessions were on sunday and allthough i had some deep runs i could not really win anything big

so lets get it started:

Net won: -3.2Mio chips, EV adjusted -800k so clearly i am running not too good cry

EV bb/100 3bb

now i filtered for pre ante (26k hands):

Net won: 125k chips, EV adjusted 90k running bit better here smileends at 9.33bb EV bb/100 seems pretty solid

EV bb/100 per positions: SB: +0.45 BB:-27.3 EP: +2.98 MP: +23.8 CO: +25.24 BTN: +41.22

so clearly i am crushing the fields i play pre ante. especially from the blinds

now lets go to post ante (56k hands):

Net won: -3.3Mio chips, EV adjusted -900k results in 0.03bb EV bb/100 which is just terribly bad tbh

anyway lets look at the EV bb/100 per positions: SB: -10.4BB: -49.06BB EP: +4.92 MP: +13.83 CO: +10.4 BTN: +17.4BB

stealing from BTN is 47% and from CO 36%

so basically i need to improve my post ante play.

based on these numbers any suggestions?

or am i just variance fucked?

thanks for input

cheers

I have one or two thoughts, but I’d like to hear yours first. Which of your positional win-rates seem most in need of improvement to you?

I would say BTN > CO, everything else is fine. -100BB/100 is the baseline for the BB winrate, as that’s what you’d have if you folded every hand. So you’re actually doing just fine there. Seems like mostly you need to learn to use position better. People should having you on their left.

tanks.

makes sense. also looking at my steal % they seem to be on the lower side with 46% BTN and 30% CO.

what is a good win rate in BTN and CO?
