I’m just wondering what format that is best for bankroll building at this time. I know there has been allot of rake change lately on stars. The last content from the bankroll builder series is from 2011 so i’m just wondering if there is any relevant content out there.

I find the 180s to still be very profitable. Heads Up SnGs as well.

I would be happy to see a new bankroll builder series tho 🙂

I would love to see a full series on 180 mans… from $2.20 to the $3.50 rebuys and maybe $4.50 as well. I’m finding these not particularly profitable, and would love a good series to help bump up my winning there a little…

+1 on this one.

People say 2,50 180 turbo is like printing money, but I just don’t get it. Structure is bad, antes from the start and it[s basically a shove fest within a few levels.

This could just be a volume thing but I’m down soooo many buy ins in the 2.50s despite decent EV bb/100 so I could be missing some good post flop spots, bluff calling in particular, plus some thin but +EV pre-flop shove calling or reshoving spots.

This could work really well in a 4 table live sweat format or a detailed HH review (would be very happy to submit some and have my play in close spots analysed and critiqued) or a full ‘180 mans from the ground up in 2016’ approach, even…

Try out the 45man MTTSNGs guys

They have slightly slower structures between levels 4 and 8

and obviously being less people means lower variance

Just thought I’d drop in to offer a left-field suggestion for bankroll building – playing games other than NLHE. Variance is lower in limit games and the competition is not as tough. If you’re willing to put in the time to learn, you might build a bankroll quicker with less variance than you would grinding SNGs or the equivalent.
