Sorry I haven’t blogged in a while. I’ve been busy moving into my apartment for the last few months. I had no furniture when I moved in, but after adding some paintings and couches, it’s really starting to feel like home.

I haven’t played too much. I did have moderate success on Sundays, winning the 50 super turbo on FTP last month, as well as getting 2nd in the 30 rebuy. However, I did brick WCOOP and I’m still experiencing a downswing that is approaching 100k. I really need to put in more volume to turn this around, and I plan on doing so in the upcoming months.

My personal life on the other hand, is going fantastic. Met a girl a few days after moving down here and am smitten like a kitten. I’m usually pretty quick in finding something wrong with a person and moving on, but for some reason I’m pretty stuck on this one. She is successful in her life, so I feel like I simply add to her happiness. It’s a wonderful balance. I had planned on moving into my own place to slay a bunch of vag like King Arthur slays dragons, but when you find a good thing I guess you have to hold onto it.

It also seems like Philly is more centrally located. I’ve had a bunch of friends come to visit and hang out, and I love having my own place. The fact that I don’t have to worry about someone else under my roof is a welcome change than what I’ve been used to all my life. At Geneseo I was in a 12×12 box with a type A personality that drove me crazy. Now I just walk around naked all day. Score.

Weight lose update: I’ve been pretty stagnant at around 210, whereas my goal has always been around 195. I have relaxed my original stringant diet, but I have been adding more intense exercise to counteract that flaw in my regiment. I know I need to fix my diet, but man, I love me some fried crab every once in a while.

That seems like it for now. I’ll try to update more frequently from here on out. I know I’ve been slacking.
