Hi Mathew!
1 ° The size of the 3-bet is not too low given the size of the stacks? If it was the other way, you would not call preflop? because you have pot odds of approximately 1/5 (you have to put 15000 for a pot of 68000).
2nd I think he can call this 3-bet with a range like: 22-TT T9s JTs QTs + KJs + KQ AT +. And on the Turn should not we have made a slightly bigger bet to draw from all draws such as T9 and JT and pairs 33-55 and maybe fold 77 or even 99?
