not sure about this video – raise UTG is ok if you think the table is tight with ICM consideration – but even a fish will probably tighten up in SB. cbet under your min raise and 25% turn bet? What range are you putting him on? Not sure you will fold out any pair or draw on that. Then you reco a 30-40% pot bet river – which i cant see folding out A high – never mind a pair – any bet wont fold out anything worse given the board surely?
