Ben Warrington is back this week with a live sweat of six high stakes Sunday tournaments. As luck would have it, he has bigdogpckt5s on one of his tables in part 1. This of course would make for a fun video, but unfortunately bigdog is no where to be found by part 2. Still, Ben does a good job of making sure of his big stacks and witty humor to make it fun any way.

Matthew continues his Life Coaching series this week. In part 2, he goes into how the various personality types he described in part 1 relate to poker. In part 3, he goes into how we can achieve success in poker. More importantly, he helps us to properly define success so that it is more attainable.

The article this week talks about whether or not you should be tight early in tournaments or if you should focus more on building a stack. The key to winning is having the ability to do both and knowing when to apply the most effective method.
