• Strategy - for strategy improving we will be mostly working with PioSolver / Holdem Resources / Equilab. 
• Database Analysis - looking at your PT/HM statistical data and finding leaks in your game. 
• Game selection - I worked on this personally a lot and with knowing your goals I will help you to construct the most profitable game selections.
• Playing quality - This area is mostly forgotten by a lot of people who are teaching, but I personally feel that this is one of the most important factors for constant quality performance. I have spent countless of hours looking for answers on how to improve that and I have a lot of techniques to share with you.
• Mindset - Playing tournaments where variance can be at times brutal can take a toll on your mindset, so knowing the techniques on how to keep everything in check is very important. I have studied this area for the past 3 years in-depth and I could help you here too. 
• Health - All the money you will make at poker won't matter if your overall health will deteriorate. I studied this area a lot, read dozens of books on how to improve the so-called office type of working. I have accumulated plenty of techniques that can help you to be more focused, healthy and produce quality results when playing. 

Rate will be $50/hr or 10 hours for $400. My sessions tend to run a little over an hour so I feel this is even more value.

if he sweats me during FT this % increases to 40%

Offline:

cash 10% winnings

live tourney 10% of winnings.

Recently I started to become a pretty consistent winner with me first 2 5 fig scores. I dont mind shipping him his fair deal. but I transferred around 15k to him. I started to feel bit uncomfortable under the deal. Did I pay him already enough for coaching? OR am I selfish and i want to back out when i started to win? I thin his time invested in me is around 200 hours. 

Any advise in this matter will be greatly appreciated.  

I think you should be very careful with a lot of this. If you're paying someone for coaching and they sweat you while you play, that is coming dangerously close to violating the PokerStars terms of service, or those of other sites. He's essentially ghosting you - telling you what to do when you get into highly important situations. I know you're the one clicking the buttons, but it's definitely ethically ambiguous.

The other reason I think you should be careful is because the terms of your agreement seem extremely vague. You haven't decided how many hours of coaching are necessary for him to get his %, and the more you win, the more important this is going to become.

If he's invested 200 hours in you and you paid him $15k, it's a simple equation - if you think his coaching was worth $75/hr, then it's a good decision on your part. However, I recommend you come up with a more specific deal that includes a set number of hours for a specific portion of profit, and I recommend you eliminate any hint of unethical practice from your deal. Even though we know you're not trying to cheat, it's not 100% fair to other players.

Look at it from the perspective of your game, also - he won't be there for every big FT you make. He'll become a crutch before long.

There's no specific buyin level, no. One of the biggest myths about poker coaching is that you have to be at a certain level in order to benefit from it - this is mostly because a lot of poker coaches don't have the ability to adapt to players of lower levels. They're just not experienced teachers and aren't fully invested in delivering maximum benefit for their students. Of course that doesn't apply on TPE, but it applies on other sites from time to time.

In my case, a lot of my coaching these days doesn't even deal with strategy at all - you can get strategy in a lot of places. You don't necessarily need me for that. At the moment I'm mostly teaching people the foundational education theories that will guide their poker development over a period of years. This is, in fact, more useful for people at the beginning of their poker journey than later on, since they won't have to un-learn a bunch of bad habits regarding how to study and digest information.

There's no number of coaching hours you could buy with me, or any other coach, that would be enough to push your game forward significantly without any extra work on your part. But I'm focused on making sure that the effort you do put in away from our sessions is as effective as possible - I'm giving you the tools to become the leader of your own learning.

I coach players at all levels from professionals down to losing micro-stakes players. My goal with each student is to establish their current level, and set them on the path to the level above that, and so on. It's unrealistic to expect to go from micros to high stakes overnight, but stepping from one level to another multiple times is absolutely achievable. That's my goal with all my students.
