We are 5 handed and Villain shoves 15bb stack and it folds around to Sb Hero who has around 20bb.  Hero has 55 and elects to fold. 

A debate now breaks out in which I suggest that it’s +EV to call as I would suggest the villain would be shoving all pocket pairs and most broadway cards and suited connecters as he seems like a competent player. He then tells me there’s now way it’s plus EV as we are in the final table. The situation with the pay jumps for ICM consideration is literally about £200 and the 2 stacks in question are the shortest at the table.

If anyone could give me some info that would be great as I don’t have a laptop to hand and would like to hear your views on the subject. Many thanks Adam.
