there is something to be said for trying lots of sites to see which ones you like, but if you are changing that often, it looks like you do it every time you are downswinging, which cant be a good sign

Sorry I mistook your talk of bad beats. Still imo its much better to grow as a person and learn to change your outlook rather than when things don't go the way you think they should to just leave. I believe success in life and poker is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out. Good luck.

I´m not a perfectionist.

I made already a habit of this.

It´s just feels good to have the option to stab and kill the ugly

and hostile pokerroom, just by clicking the selfbanning button.

-Hey you ugly bstrd poker-room. Can you see what I have done?

I switched you off.

Get lost.Hasta la vista motherf&/%¤/¤/#.

And a good warm feeling streaming through my body.

That is a positive emptying and clearing my mind escape.

Next poker-room is more fun and you coming there with a

fresh and open mind.

I didnt mean that the pokersite is rigged Krul Hul.

I mean, when a site become a heavy and negative experience it`s better to leave.

(For 6 months or so.)

I can't believe how many people think this way about online poker. No company as large as ps, ft, pp is going to risk the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS that their making legit. You are def in the right area for help as this is all in one's head. Of course your going to see more bad beats on stars cause they have the most bad players and the most tourneys. Instead of thinking how bad these sites are because of bad beats one should think how can I make as much $ as I can from all these bad players. Imo a site should be judged by tourney selection, customer service, software upgrades and most fish. For me this is stars hands down.

TBH, cant say Im a massive fan of this approach! Soon you will have nowhere to play, as bad beats are part of the game and will ALWAYS be there.

Nockx, can I ask-Are you a perfectionist??

Sounds like you might have trouble with acceptance at times, which if this is the case, is one of the most damaging human behavours we can have in the world of poker.

Just Sayin:)

I have played poker at probably a hundred different pokersites.

Whenever I experience hostility such as when cashouts being complicated/delayed or if I experience long

and unfair runs of bad beats ,then I close that client (and network and poker-company) and jump to another.

The worst pokersites for me according to my 6-7 years experience is

Pokerstars ,FullTilt and Party Poker,Ongame and Cake network.

In that order.

I`m aware of variance and about poker-math,but when I get a feeling that a very unfair share of badbeats

hitting me over and over again I just move away and I also banning myself from that site for 6 months.

That is how I handle the burden of negative memories.

They will hopefully dissolve over time.
