Anything thats brakeable within arms length. Smashed my laptop screen at least 5 times, smashed the laptop 3 times, about 3 mouses, smashed 2 desks by putting my fist through the top, 2 pairs of beats and my whole roll and more occasions than i can remember

I use to go through ear phones…I would tilt and then d-head them….so I figured I would buy expensive ones hoping this would d-ture the be-heading. It worked for a few months. But this was years ago and im better now….but I for my bankroll sake went back to cheap headphones.

I tilt raged for like an hour on 10/20 Cash holdem the other night on Full tilt after 6 tables all dissappeared infront me on stars MTT's...all of them were like 70% to win.......dropped another 400 in cash...FML.

I've spiked a mostly full 2 liter off my 4th floor balcony down at the sidewalk, but I think the thing I regret the most is whining about bad luck to friends. It just brings other people down and especially when you've already had success or good fortune (in life and/or poker), people just dont want to hear it. I've gotten a lot better about it but its def taken awhile to not do it when things get really bad (and man they can get bad, cant they?). Right now I'm trying to use working out to remove stress while playing/losing... during breaks I do some kind of exercising and I think that's good for a number of reasons.
