Always nice to take a tourney down... So much content on TPE, just need to take it one step at a time and I figured Brokos hand reading series was a good place to start...

 

Yes definately keen on the home games... Not sure how the points system works, hopfully missing 1 week will not put me at a huge disadvantage.

What a bugger... Will likely be in the air on the way to QLD, flight leaves 7pm SA time on the 7th... Will have to miss this one, however keen to get into the next game when it comes around...

Great way to start and get back on the horse with a bang. I can somewhat relate, certainly with the family and work side of things and I certainly love poker. That being said I have really only been playing for a couple of years and have felt my game has somewhat stagnated recently - primarily as I just don't have that network of people who I can actually talk Poker with.

Hence joining TPE and really just setting myself the goal of developing my understanding of the game within the TPE community, which in turn one would hope will flow through to results.

Will follow-up your posts and updates with interest - I have a small roll on FTP (however mainly play on stars), so might run into you into you at the tables at some stage.

From your post, I might have to broaden my scope and look at other sites and take advantage of some of the deals. Have never heard of RedKings...

So around 2 weeks ago I gave myself a challenge get back on the horse, 1.Improve my game and 2. Build a roll from $150 back to 10k….so I deposited $150 on redkings(an ongame skin) to take advantage of their deposit bonus which allowed you to deposit any amount and they give you $400 after clearing a certain player point amount. After the first week I was up to 250 playing $6 HU hypers so I transfered $50 to ftp so I could play some micro mtts and signed up at tpe as well….my very first mtt session I ship the $5 honey badger for $300 thanks for the run good tpe! Anyway my roll is at $490 now which gives me some room to maneuver hopefully I can keep it up! I'll try and post monthly updates.
