I almost did the quadruple main event cash which would have been sweeeeeeeeett…

 

I feel like I ran really bad in this series. But I was on it yesterday. Played very patient and built stacks slowly winning small pots, making good reads etc. One key hand I had in the high roller happened on the bubble, literally next person out would have been the bubble boy. Had about 50bbs and AA raise, get 3bet by a guy who was playing tight and had about 90% of my stack. I 4bet he gets it in with KK. Flop was QJ9, hoooooold…turn 8 HOOOOLLLDD. River BRICK. SICK!!! A little disappointing to not go further than 11th because I had such a good stack but I got some good experience playing vs guys like TheBattler33 who I found to be very active aggressive and tricky.

Added a mincash in the 20k deep and a 4th place finish in the 22 rebuy for a nice sunday.

 

PM series results are below. All tourneys of 100 or more I used tickets to play.  Used a bunch of unused 11 tickets as well, not sure how many.

Bankroll is now healthy enough to regularly play in tourneys up to 60 bucks so hopefully I can become more of a reg at those stakes and bink some.

To me thats the win win.

 

So I guess I'm starting one of these threads. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to writing so I doubt I'll update it as frequently or as in depth as others do, but I figure that I can update when I win some cool scores or hit certain bankroll sizes. I also don't use HEM for tracking results so I think I'll be using OPR even though it might not be the most accurate.

 

I don't have huge poker goals. I'd like to be comfortably able to play 200 dollar buy in tournaments, so I'm shooting for a 20k bankroll around mid year. lets call it end of June.  

 

I also play quite a bit of volume. In Jan I played 322 tournaments and in Feb I'm on track to play around 500.

Part of my 4k in profits there include about 10 109 tickets I won which I am currently using for the PM series. So when all was said and done in Jan I made about 3k.

 

As it stands my roll is at 3600ish online. Today my only significant cash was a 30 dollar 2rebuy 1 add on which  I took second for about 750. If anyone knows how to convert/post the hand history (of the entire tournament) let me know because I would post the hands here. Final table was kind of interesting with a few of the site's top rated players there (worst player won obv.)

 

Anyway, I'll be posting another update at the end of PM, Sunday or so.
