However, I need to get into my account in order to do so. Unless I email BigDawg and request my cashout through him, or email a rep on 2p2. not sure the best way to go.

I told them in the email that I keep getting errors that say "there was an error in windows and the program cannot open", something of that sort, and that I am on a MAC...so there shouldnt be "windows" like errors.

anyway, thanks again for clarifying the issue.

any news on when a MAC version will be available though?

Or it tries to mimic Windows and runs laggy as ****. I play it through Parallels.

I keep getting error messages. It takes Lock support a few days to respond and its usually, "un-install and re-install" instructions. I wish I can get someone to help me live either on chat or over the phone. Anyone else having problems downloading on their MAC? Is there a way I can get help besides back and forth emails? any help is appreciated.
