Not sure why they would not send you an email that your withdrawal was rejected that is troublesome to hear.

has anyone in the US recently had a successful withdrawl? I put in a withdrawl request 2 weeks ago, never recieved confirmation (do they send one?) and now I see my request has been rejected but never got an email saying so, or explaining why. I've call their support # and left voicemails which have gone unreturned.

Am I out of luck here?
