Ok I did this a while ago.

To open an account with pokerstars.fr they have to confirm your EU address., In my case the UK. They send a confimation number through the regular mail which proves you live at that EU address. You have to input this number when you login to the software. You are also required to have an EU bank account from memory. Trust me if your not in the EU then it's super hard to get a Pokerstars.fr account, something to do with french law requirements etc.

Oh yeah .. they also send you a code via SMS to an EU mobile which you also have to enter through the software !!!!

Sorry I couldn't give you better news

So ive been hearing about Stars.fr from a few people now who are saying that the fields are just redic soft. Though i would make an inquiry about if we can play on it or not. You guys might already know this but i thought i might a myth to rest. After a few e-mails with Pokerstars support the conclusion is:

We can play on stars.fr but we need a bank account in the EU.

Im not too sure if we can/ how hard it is to get an bank account in the EU, but it could be worth the investment if the fields are that soft.

Hope this helps anyone who was wondering about it.
