Non-U.S. player balances are worth $0.01/$1.00.

The $250 limitation further emphasizes the idea that they just don't have the money.

 

It is beyond reason to me to think that there are players in Europe and elsewhere, who have the option to play on legitimate sites, are making deposits while being told of this limitation.  And some of them are chasing a BBJ that will take 30+ years to pay at that rate.

This is very concerning to me. The fact that they are letting US players still play where Tilt and Stars are not leads me to believe that they are really struggling for liquid cash. I venture to say that they as of now intend to pay out to US players but realize that they still need the rake and dont mind taking advantage of US players who will go spew there roll or those who just continue to play.

 

You jsut dont know with UB given there past. They could fold tomorrow and we as players have no legal recourse. Stars and Tilt have a brand they are going to defend internationally so Im not worried at all about them. They have more international base where UB was much more US based.
