           Also I have probably reached my cap for profit sharing applications.  I am devoting 4+ hours a week to each person, and I only have so much time, so I apologize.   If you are interested in working with me you can always PM me though and I will see what we can work out. 

Note: I will still do a weekly review with all of our stakees, so taking the staking deal doesn't mean I won't coach/help you guys.
