I've been away for awhile, but I wanted to come back and thank you guys for watching. I see only 2 people actually watched it all the way through which I'm not surprised by because I know I took more time on things other people might not think is necessary. That's just how I am; I like to be very thorough. If anyone only watched the first video I think you missed out on the more interesting stuff during later levels.

With that said, being thorough with analysis and challenging every assumption - while it might be exhausting or seem unnecessary at times - has definitely had the greatest positive impact on my game. If there's anything to take away from my video series, it is that. It's very important to question and analyze everything so you can prove and be sure that what you're doing is right.

Anyway I hope for those that watched that you got something new out of it, and again, thanks for checking it out.

so far i watched the first 2 parts ,

much respect, you really put a lot of effort and thoughts in making the vids

but i think you could have gone a lil quicker through some hands (especially when you are not involved!)cause 9 parts is a lil long 😉

still well done and you articulate your thoughts pretty good 🙂

pt1

i'm with you that the strategy for the rebuy phase has changed but nevertheless i think its more profitable to play it a lil more loose than you do here.

for example the AK hand, when you say you dont reraise to induce, but i think thats exactly what i wanna do with such a hand especially in the rebuy phase where we often get a spazz with hands that we dominate.

but your strategy seems to work for you so …

So here it is finally………. this is a $10R/A on Merge that I played….. over 450 hands in this one with a long FT considering stack sizes when we start the FT. I tried to explain my thought process as best as I could throughout the series as well as bring forward at least some new perspective/ideas.

I thought there was more than usual to discuss in this particular HH so it's a long one, but hopefully at least some of you out there appreciate the length. Doing this and having to verbalize everything definitely helped me too, so I'm glad I did it.
