just a note - download the video rather than trying to play from within your browser, for some reason it crashes the quicktime browser plugin.

Hey guys,

as a first step to getting the member video study group up and running, i thought i would create a short tutorial on how to record your own videos.

i dont claim to be an expert in the area so if you have any tips with settings and/or codecs to use that would be great.

let me know what you think, but dont go too hard, im no pro 😀
