<p>sorry to be a pain though, but have you actually gone to the app data folder on your PC and deleted everything there when you installed it again? these kapp data files typically DO NOT get removed when you uninstall a program, so if there is a problem with one of these files, uninstalling and reinstalling wont overwrite them and you will have the same problem.</p>

<p>make sure anything to do with holdem manager in is gone. there may be other ones in there too. </p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Ive tried everything to no avail, including uninstalling everything and resetting my profiles on the holdemmanager.com website. I downloaded a new installation setup, ran it, and the exact same problems still occur.  I had Poker Tracker for a few years and just got HM2 over the weekend when I got a new laptop.  This is remarkably disappointing.  The tech support people there haven&#039;t even responded to me and its been 2 days.  Sorry to be so whiney, its just tilting cause I had to trash my old laptop and already dropped $100 on HM2, but have been forced to play without it.  Are problems with the software common?</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I just got HEM2 yesterday.  The HUD had been working fine until this afternoon.  I changed the minimum sample size from "0" to "5" and ever since then my HUD has not worked correctly.  I changed it back and now in the HUD display it says I have "0" hands against everyone and no stats.  All of the hands are being imported correctly and I can see them in the reports, but for some reason the HUD displays nothing.  I have reset all of the configurations and done everything else on the HEM troubleshoot page, with no success.  Has anyone encountered this problem before and have any ideas?</p>
