I have a folder set up for my hand histories to be saved from carbon but for some reason one of the days my HH were not saved. I tried to select the tournaments individually for that date and it says I need to reload tables... I'm unsure of what this means or how to go about doing it. I use universal replayer and was wondering if the only way to salvage the file is to go hand for hand with the files on the site and import it that way or if there is a way to get the entire tournament file. I emailed support add was told they could not release HH for security reasons.
Any help would be appreciated
