Looks like maybe your account skipped a payment, and then you created a new profile in PayPal, but then PayPal attempted to recollect and was able to...hence the double charge.

 

I am going to get you refunded right now and cancel the second profile so it does not happen anymore going forward.

I also think I way have been charged twice. I emailed support 6 days ago and have recieved no response yet.

 

Can you look in to this please?
