<p>If you subscribe <strong>without</strong> signing in everything works fine.  I just made sure to put my same name and email address that I use for my account in the fields when "signing up" and the payment went through.  Then I logged in and my subscription is active.</p>

<p>It looks like it would work if I wasn't singed in - in Incognito mode when I click the "Place Your Order" button it generates a pop up asking me to populate my details.  If I do this after signing in the button is unresponsive.</p>

<p>i want to renew my subscription but the checkout is not working:</p>
<p>The "Place your Order"- Button does not respond. </p>
<p>Desktop or Mobile, different browsers, credit card or paypal...nothing seems to work</p>
<p>I already contacted TPE but they cant figure it out.</p>
<p>Any similar problems?</p>
<p>It is really frustrating^^</p>
