I had this issue a couple of weeks ago and I found if you access the TPE HH converter through the forum it works but if you select Tools / Convert Hands from the main menu it won't work. Open a new thread and select the card symbol icon (see photo attached) and paste your hand in there. Also in HM2 you can right click over a hand and select copy to clipboard which is a little quicker than exporting to a txt file. Hope this helps.

It's not perfect, but it works decently until I figure out what I am doing wrong with the TPE convertor.

I open the hand viewer in HM2. At the bottom, I click Export Hand and save to a txt file. I cut and paste this into the converter and it freezes on the Processing hands... screen.
