Both Merge and Lock have gone through some major changes, I would expect HEM 2 to be on this. I have both programs PT for Mac and HEM for Windows.  I usually play on my Mac but that is because it is easier. If HEM worked for Mac it would be my program of choice. IMO

Is holdem manager 2 more user friendly? How do the two programs fair against each other? I would like to hear from anyone that's used both program's to get some ideas before I shell out the money to try it myself
