So happy he listened to me and joined. He just took 2nd in a HIGH ROLLER event on Lock for a bunch.  Happy for him.

Anyway, wanted to get your feedback on which of these you would prefer:

 

1.  Have a get together somewhere at the Rio Saturday night.  Could be a little crazy over there that night, but might be where a lot of people are playing.

2.  Have a get together somewhere at the Venetian Sturday night.  Might be a little more condusive to hanging out than the Rio and I can imagine a lot of members will be playing there and it would be fun to rail people who get deep.

3.  Have a get together at the Blue Martini where we met up last year.  It's a bit loud and not the best for conversing, but is still a great hang and one of our long time members works there and takes great care of us.

4.  Talk to the poker room manager at Green Valley Ranch (a locals casino that is not as crowded and crazy as the strip) about getting a couple of private tables and go play and hang out over there.  Nice thing about that is that last year they let us have our way at the table.  Me made up our own rules, stakes, etc and they took really good care of us.  There is also a sports book and a nice bar for people who want to just hang out and have some drinks and chat.

 

Thoughts???

first things first drinking and pai gow is obv a simoltanious activity

 

2nd, i like options 2 or 4 for the get together, but i doubt it really matters too much
