One other thought: I loved the bet size discussion but there are exceptions of course. One instance would be when you have a strong made hand vs a fish whose range strongly is leaning towards a draw. If you bet smallish on the turn to set up a pot sized river bet you lose value when you have a fish who is calling almost any turn bet size anyways but folding all rivers when he misses his hand.

One thing about the discussion that "treat a min donk bet like a check" -- I hear this a lot but the point is that sometimes there's a reason they are doing it instead of checking so being able to figure that out can help define their range instead of just "ignoring" it.

I think the point is that until you see otherwise you should treat it more as a sign of weakness than strength.

A lot of people play sets straightforward and flat the flop and then raise the turn. Far fewer lead into you with a set.

It's more indicative of draws and hands like middle or bottom pair who want to "see where they are at".

My standard line is to raise them and then make a note on the hand and any other action which occurred.

Yep, I agree, until you know otherwise it's generally a weak pair or draw.

I really liked the bet sizing discussion, I think it could be expanded on in future podcasts.

I agree about adjusting your open raise sizing based on stack sizes...I don't see why you'd want to do anything else really.
