From what I can tell one of the things (among many) that Casey does exceptionally well is accumulate chips early in a tournament. This especially seems true in live tournaments, just based on what I can follow on twitter and TPE podcasts. This obviously gives more flexibility in play throughout the tournament.

I think it would be awesome to see even a short theory video on chip accumulation in the early, pre-ante stages. I would love to hear some of Casey's thoughts on some of these topics:

What kind of spots are you looking for in early stages
Hand selection
3 bet spots pre-ante stage
Opening, limping, flatting
Any other thoughts you have on building an early stack

Just an idea - I love the theory videos and think they have really improved my game.
