Not really a live sweat as it is recorded live and your commentary is added later, but I think I like the format!
It is almost a live sweat combined with a hand history review….
The only thing that I would say is that it is sometimes hard to take in what you are saying when you are filling space between hands; it is almost information overload! I am sure I that I’ll get used to it and I can always use the pause button :0)
