Hey Andrew,
Newish here and I haven’t heard the term “SBR” used before, and you use it often. I did my google research and saw something on PLO but still not 100% sure what you mean by this. It appears to me that you’re talking about easy to play, you’re going to know one way or the other what to do on a flop/turn/river very easily, but then again, I don’t want to take such a central theme of this video the wrong way.

at around 40 minutes his 88 hand where he folds and says, think about what range you put him on, I came up with this. Pretty bad spot as he said vs. a lot of his range. I may be a little on tight side for him, he may also call AQo with any of the spade combos. Curious of your thoughts.

Yeah SPR stands for Stack to Pot Ratio. It’s a term used in Hold Em but is more commonly used in Omaha games. Still very useful in Hold Em.

Thanks, Kalith. If anything I’d say that’s actually too wide. I’d be surprised if Villain were raising some of those weaker hands (A7s, K9s) pre-flop, or if he were betting AKo on the flop.

what’s that % stat beside each players name? vpip? for example at the start of the vid “damuffinslyr” 12%; “ropar321” is 12%; foucalt is 7% etc.

I’m actually not sure, it’s something PT puts up there automatically. I think it’s equity, though I’m not sure how they calculate it in cases where hands aren’t known.

The first hand you play is against Rick Trigg (http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/theclaimeer/), so it’s not so surprising that you’ve played 241 hands with him (I’m surprised it’s not more).

It’s the likelihood that Andrew’s hand would win at showdown if they got all in right now vs. random hands for all other players which is why their percentages are all the same. It’s useless.

I think you might’ve saved chips in the long run by just raising 2.5x or so with pocket pairs rather than limping and getting isoed by a large raise.

at 30:10 you chose to cbet AQ for value on the dry flop with top pair. I heard from you in another videos that its often better to check when your equity does not changes a lot through the streets to make your opponent bluff. So can you explain why you cbeting there ? thanks in advance
