always appreciative of the positive vibes in your videos. For somebody like me who is stuck in a rut(deep run after deep run and not closing right now) it’s really cool for me to see a different mentality in some of the spots you get in. A lot of what I’ve struggled with mentally(I didn’t get these chips from flipping so why did i just choose tto flip for heaps etc.) you’ve really helped me with and confirm my thoughts on stuff like just because I got AQ and I know this guy is shoving wide doesn’t mean I have to take this spot and risk a 3rd of my stack hoping he has Ax and I’ve got him dominated. Thanks for helping the light bulb go off and confirming my thoughts in these spots. MTT variance can already be crazy, why help create more for yourself unnecessarily. Thanks MJ!

loved the intro Corey. A bit off topic, how big does your stack have to be to overcall with Ax suited? Especially if you have an aggressive player in the mix and you know you will double up/stack him if you flop well? Is there a rough guide in your mind?

well everything is very situational but without any specific dynamics in place a very in general answer would be prob at least 30bbs (early – mid stages)…as the trny progresses and stacks get shallower then you def want to be taking it to the streets as often as possilbe (ideally when in position) instead of sitting back an just waiting for premiums
