8:30, you shove around 30bb with A 3 bvb, dont you think 2.5xing is better in that spot? seems like a TON to shove. Would like to hear your thought process behind shoving there.

i have not watched this yet, i would guess a good reason for piling that spot though would be if the BB is super aggro and you dont want to give him a chance to pile on you, so you do it first

Kinda funny the stereotype you have on brazilians, in Brazil we say the same about the russians lol

And I’m really enjoying your videos, keep it up

i think he prolly wasn’t giving his full attention as he was ordering lunch haha 😉 but yeh if that is standard for u dave, please let us know why?

    hey man very nice series!
in the 22r when you are 3handed, dont you think its better to raise to fold the spanish player(brasil) and call off uhhhme with the a3? it seems that the spanish is a nit and of course not a dream situation to call off with a3 but you could be ahead alot of uhhme 3bet jam range…

  6. betudontbet

definitively agree with this lol the russians may even be crazier than you guys. i hope you don’t take offense to it (doesn’t sound like you do) but i do actually feel that people from certain countries tend to play vaguely similar styles

  7. betudontbet

glad this is true… wouldn’t recommend open jamming 30 bbs in many imaginable spots, whether i do it or not.

  8. betudontbet

you have a very good point. there is the counter point that uhhhme’s calling range<rejamming range so i get it in a little less vs him when jamming. but you may very well be right r/c him and r/f to nit might be best.

    It is not ofessinve 😛

Yes, I agree with you. I tend to call a way lighter against the russians, or just chk to let them bluff.

I guess the Spanish are kind crazy too (besides sss in cash games), and all South American Countries are crazy in their own way

Would be cool knowing some more “standards”, I think it is pretty usefull when you have no info of your opponents

I have seen them all now and thanks 🙂 I do learn a lot. How many $ did you buy in for and how many did you win? Im playing small stakes tur until I have learned some more. Its wery funny and Im learning a lot watching you, but when im trying to be aggro im loosing ??? Smile from Maxine

I like your style, easy to listen to, informative, more like my approach. Hope you make many more. That system you have up, can you describe it a little in the next one?

I had the same thought as Moizt. The BB was tight. I think play could have been adjusted once the super-agro button folded. We didn’t see him 3-betting much so I think raise folding wouldn’t be too bad?

The next jam against the button felt too wide to me as the table was flowing too. I’m sure V knew he could easily be ahead of Hero’s range with any ace.

WDYT David? I’m not saying the play was wrong (would be too results oriented to say so). I’m just wondering if it could have been adapted to the game flow.
