firstly, get HEM instead, its heaps better 😀

i can tell you what stats i use, but as far as a layout goes i cant help you because i use HEM. 

hands / player name / big blinds (i prefer this over M) 

vpip/ pfr / agg / 3bet / steal% / cbet / fold to cbet. 

i find that pretty much gets my by. i have them colour coded so if they are in the really bad range they are green and if they are in the good range they are red
