It was a rebuy tourney and rebuy period was already over. Villain had stats of 20/16 after 50 hands. 
At the beginning he was pretty active and after that he had tightened up a bit. CO (8/8 after 52 hands) 
and Btn (15/11 after 75 hands) seem pretty tight players, while SB (22/20 after 52 hands) 
and BB (38/29 after 8 hands) seem agressive.

With 23bbs I am not looking to get involved with a MP1 raiser holding 55. His stats suggest he's not getting out of line much. So fold for me too.

I would prob 3 bet 99+, AJs+

WIth your stack size, I'm looking to 3 bet or fold 55s in MP2.  Reason being is you don't want to get squeezed out of the hand by just flatting here with few left to act behind you…  If you were one of the last to act preflop, then you might be getting the right price to set mine by just flatting.
