How to learn push/folds

I am player who is moving from cash to MTT, so my biggest leak if ofc Push/Fold, Open/Call, Open/ship etc situations. What is the best way to learn that (or progress at least)? Maybe there are some good videos about these concepts? Any recommended softwares?

Holdem Resources or ICMizer2 will do the job 🙂

I would also recommend “The mathematics of MTT’s” series and also “A deep dive into ICM” for cEv and $EV calculations for these moves. I have to work a lot on this myself too.
