Open raising pre isn't bad this deep…mainly as a steal, not really looking for action unless you nail the flop. After c-betting the flop I think it's time to shut it down. You only have a gutshot draw and his c/call likely means he has a piece of the board which you can't beat unless your T hits.
You are building a big pot with a slim draw which is not a great spot. I will 'semi bluff' draws but you want to have a draw with a higher % of hitting (i.e. o/e str8, flush, combo).
Your river bet is a stone cold bluff and with the pot that big he has to call.

OfflineA much bigger river bet is needed to give him any sort of real decision – like 8k or something. As played he's getting 4.6 to 1 on a call and the second Ace on the river reduces the chances of you having one so he can easily call hoping you have a mid-pair, worse Qx, or bluff.
On the river he has about 9300 left. A bet of about 7500 or 8k is scary and gives him a legit tough decision.
