Hey
V is a good reg , they've been opening up a bunch from EP , so i decided this is a good spot to 3-bet. I'm not sure if v flats 3-bets often but if they do we have a hand that plays well post if anything. i've not seen v 4-bet either.
As for my image i've been playing solid.
Well played by hero?

OfflineI think it's well played in the sense that once you decide to 3-bet, there's no other way you can play it than to c-bet that flop. It doesn't look like an awful spot to 3-bet, but it's not the best hand to do it with since you're deep enough against the initial raiser that you are going to get flatted reasonably often. I'd rather have a 3-bet bluffing range in this spot that was mostly composed of hands that flop a little better than KJo, like maybe J9s or A5s. It's certainly good to make plays like this from time to time just to make sure your 3-betting range remains somewhat balanced versus EP raisers.

Offlinemy 3-bet bluff range in this spot would be probably be a mix between a blocker heavy range and hands that do flop well just in case we are called and since stacks are on the deep side , that's likely.
i'd 3-bet – A2s-A9s , K6s-K9s J6s- J9 , 67s-89s
if we knew they call with worse we can 3-bet hands like KQs, ATs and stuff for value imo.
I actually like polarizing our range here though against this opponent ,
so basically hands that you can easily fold if faced a 4-bet and hands that which you're prepared to get in. The problem is if we decide to 3-bet hands like KQs and KJs here and faced a 4-bet we're gunna have to fold hands that have decent equity against their opening range.
thing is though, since we are deep , it's unlikely that they will 4-bet here unless they've actually got a hand or if we think they 4-bet a ton , and if thats case then flatting would be a better option with those broadway type of hands.
lol i must also add if i knew v was capable of 4-betting with a wider value range We will probably also have to end up 5-bet shoving with hands like AJs , KQs. crazy! 😛
