I’m struggling to get vids to buffer. Takes an epoch just to download the chip splashing intro. My connection is great, vids from other sites are fine… any hints/advice?

Are you downloading directly to iPad? You could download to your computer and transfer to your iPad. I do not have an iPad but download the file and it downloads pretty quick.

Have quite the same problem here 🙁
it takes an eternitiy to download the vids to my pc and from time to time it´s impossible to watch the vids with the flashplayer. Right now I tried to watch several vids but it´s not even possible to see the intro with the chip splashing.

We may be encoding iPad versions at too high a quality. I am going to experiment with slightly lower res and see if that solves the problem.
The introduction seems to be the problem as my download generally stalls during the 'chip splashing' bit. I've just been skipping the intro on the slide bar and the video tends to run smoothly.

it's definitely the quality settings that we have chosen for iPad videos. The setting were too high and the files were very large. I've rerendered the last 3 videos with a lower setting (doesn't really affect the resolution much) and the loading is much faster now.
From now on we will keep this setting and will also be going back to re-render our older videos as well.
We apologize for the glitch but thank you to bringing it to our attention to improve our product.

Yeah it was fixed a few days ago. Are you not seeing them?
Just double checked…. Still a no go. States “requires adobe flash..”

you wont be able to stream the vids, you will have to download and convert the wmv versions, or just download the ipad version
