Hi, 

I recently noticed that I no longer have the “Inbox” button on the top right of the site, next to my “Profile” one. I then went to Tools -> Private Messages, and found this:

“You do not have permission to use the PM system”

Is this for some specific reason or just an error?

excellent…still working on getting an inbox count up in the notifications bar in the header but it’s proving more challenging than anticipated….
