Even the top guys make mistakes and even then it is possible to win. Really need a series like this. Thanks Danny!

    Qo vs a range of 88+, AJs+, AQo+ is 29% v 71%…

I take he could be raise folding as a bluff with other random hands? It seems unlikely with the sizing. Also seem unlikely hes getting it in with worse but I guess the above is only his value range (only one part of his overall range).

You think hes getting it in with worse than the range above? Smaller pairs maybe?

Hey Danny. You are by far my favorite pro to watch after Big Dog. Love the vids. Love your straight forward thinking. 10/10

22:00 AJo. I may be missing value by shoving here every time. I usually get flatted (possibly even multiway) when I open. I split the difference and shove AJo and open AJs because it hits more flops. If I open AJs and hit as little as 2 backdoor draws, im probably betting flop and shoving a lot of turns. Should I adjust this strategy?

25:00 AA. I like your plan to bet 2000 on the river, but I would call if he shoved over it. I cant see him slowing down with a ten because we have been passive the whole hand. I think he would bet small on the river with a T instead of checking. BUT I dont know what he would check shove with other than a T. Tough spot. Am I getting stacked too often when I call off here?

26:00 75o. This is the 2nd time you check flop with bottom pair. I usually bet it as a semibluff since it’s not much showdown value. I like check flop bet turn much better though. I learned something.

30:30 TT. You say you shove full range because 3betting looks stronger. In that case, could you 3bet hands like TT,JJ, AJs, and AQ to try and get folds from JJ, AQ? Could be FPS but I dont know the downside. I did learn not to do this with QQ+, AK because you want to get called by JJ, AQ with these. I dont think they ever fold QQ+, AK so they shouldn’t be our value target or in this case I guess our bluff target since we are trying to get some villains to hero fold good hands. Again, could just be FPS.

36:40 A6o. I like this 3bet spot because he has to shove or fold like you said. My problem is I do this sometimes from the blinds with a hand like this and the guy calls more often since he is in position. Would you fold A6o as a default OOP?

39:00 A9o. Again, another spot where I would just shove instead of inducing. I dont know if it’s good that I am avoiding some flips or bad that I am potentially letting some smaller Ax hands off the hook. I am just not comfortable getting flatted and then having to cbet give up OOP so many times.

I don’t see how the A,Qo hand is very close, I don’t think he’s 3x 3betting too light pre antes… Why would he take such a risk for 350 chips?

I think A,Qo is the bottom of his range

I cannot say if i like your vids, relying on the other comments they might be very helpful, but the sound quality is so poor that i dont want to watch it. I am not a native speaker so this is to hard for me to follow. Please get a good mic, and set your recording software to better quality, i would really like to watch it…
    Thank you and greetz…

20:34 – 44, I would argue that folding is the best play here. Vs a calling range of AJs+,AQo+,99 (maybe pretty tight?) we only net 1.175BBs. Are we that desperate for 1.5BBs? I would feel better shoving with antes as the pot is more valuable.

22:17 – AJo – you mention that you are opening AJo and most likely raise/calling – does that mean that you consider most players to be shoving 11.2% (77+,A9s+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,KQo) vs your LJ open as this would be a range where you break even? I don’t believe that the SB is shoving this range pre-ante given a) your tight image, b) your stack size and c) your position. If you raised from LP I could understand raise/calling. And if you had more chips and been opening a tonne then again I could understand raise/calling. Best case scenario here is that your racing vs a pair or MAYBE up against AT.

Sound Quality wasn’t great on this one and, whilst I found it fun to watch, I didn’t feel I was learning as much. I think Andrew Brokos and Mike Sowers are raising the bar!
