Awesome Vid! Very cool ICM considerations when keeping the pressure on the middle stack once you were 3 handed.

Interesting balancing act once 3 handed in deciding just how aggressive to be. You mention that you should actually tighten up your opening range a little due to there being less antes in the middle, which I never really considered.

Awesome to see you your constant adjustments and hand ranging skills. Your thought process preflop, and all streets was above the rim. Looking forward to more vids.

    Great stuff Daryl.

Great video, besides the annoyance of having to check the chip stacks every few hands, but definately worth checking it out!

Very good aggressive play, taking advantage of short/middle stacks!

Even though this was a HH review of an online tournament, I could still hear the sound of that guy’s monitor getting smashed when you 1-outered him on the river 🙂

Great vid as always. Looks like the Mac PT3 replayer can’t handle stack sizes above 1million. I tested it on my Windows version and it seemed to handle big stacks fine.

Hey Daryl, thanks for vid and grats for win! What do you think about just calling with that QKo hand on T97 in 23rd minute (and then make a move on good turn cards)? Could you explain why check/raise is better?

great series! with mike leah’s wcoop review this has to be the top 2 video series on tpe.

can’t wait for your next series .. maybe a live sweat? 🙂

Great video series. What I learned is that I don’t nearly 3 bet enough and don’t pay enough attention to player tendencies and stack sizes as i should. Looking forward to more great videos from you.

I’m not a huge fan of floating OOP and I think our range looks pretty weak when we flat so when we check turn its a pretty easy bet for him

I don’t know what it is but My PT3 Replayer is on a windows computer and it also has the problem that Daryl Had on stacks over a million. I’ll look into it at the PT3 website

Just finished watching your series and thought it was brilliant, I especially like how you discuss the merits of different actions from those that you take. Also your adjustments are very insightful and well explained. Awesome series!

Great series. Love the light 3, 4 and 5 bets 🙂

If you have the replayer issue in the future you might try adding # of bb to your hud so you can quickly calculate stack sizes based on that.

This series honestly inspired me so much to keep grinding and like someone else says it is worth the subscription price alone. I love the ICM/stack size considerations about 3betting. Totally helped change my perspective on a lot of spots. Thanks.

Great video series for veteran and new players alike. I really like how you were able to articulate your thinking and adjust your play accordingly.
Best of luck at the tables… not that you’ll need it 🙂
