you misplayed the set not because you didnt bet the turn but because you didnt raise the flop. Do you really think hes gonna double/tripple barrell with air on that turn/riv? probably not, so u have to raise to get max value from all the over pairs and plus you said his range was tight, all the more reason for big pairs to be in his range!

On the 66 hand…i have np with the check behind on the flop, it would be different if A or K hit the flop, though i agree you really must bet teh turn to have him pay for ne draw he has.
If he had been really tight and you could narrow his range to an overpair than bettin out on the flop would be optimal, but on that T high flop it’s hard to see him hitting that and giving u action on a flop bet
