hey folks, wondering if anyone can help with getting my hem to work on carbon poker. just can't figure it out. talked to their live chat twice and they were pretty much clueless as to what i was talking about. can't find a way to save to desktop for hem to pick up. saw rfb's vid on lock and assume that i can use on same network. would appreciate any help offered.  thanks cool

I went into Auto import setup screen and there's a button there to auto-detect hand history folders.  I clicked that and it worked.  I wasn't on Lock though.  I was playing on Player's Only – which is in the Merge Network as well.
