problem with HUD when playing cashgame at PartyPoker

HM2 HUD cant identify player names. It only says Player 1, player 2 and so on…
So everytime a new player sits down, it shows many hundred hands, even tho I’ve never played against him.

when playing tornument there is no problem…

anyone know what the issue is?
