universal replayer failure

Hey,

I'm trying to use the universal replayer to see/record some hhes for review but when i drag and drop my full tilt hh , i push convert and it says ” no hand found” although if i copy paste and convert hand by hand it works! anyone experiencing this? 

 

Please note that the HH is the one exported by HEM but i don't think it's modified in any way.

The same thing happens to me.  It works fine with Stars but not with Tilt.  Seems like a new version is coming out according to their website.
