OK so played this one the other day and while I feel I had good reasons to do what I did, its definitely not a spot I come across very often and wasnt sure about it.

So lets start with some stack sizes. BB has 350, Straddler has 1k, first limper has 500, second limper has 1500, hero is co with 1k and button has 700.

Two limps to hero in CO who makes it 50 with KJcc. Btn, BB, straddle and both limpers call so we go 6 ways to the flop with 300 in the pot.

Flop is Qc10d3d. Checks to hero. Most of the time I would just bet this flop with the intention of barreling good turns but this table has been especially wild. My fear is that I will not be able to continue vs big check raises from the stacks that cover me. So this is sort of the first decision point I am not used to facing. I think the check is fine because I would really like to get a free turn and dont want to get blown off my hand.

So hero checks to button who bets 125. Button is a random who has been pretty spazzy since sitting in the game. His first hand, he straddled and then shoved 300 with K7ss. BB then shoves for 300. BB is a very bad reg, she will show up with all sorts of stuff like draws, top pair, maybe even strong 2nd pair like A10. Folds back to hero now who has to call 300 to win 725. If this was a simple call/fold vs BB I would happily toss in the call under the assumption that my hand has plently of equity vs her range. But with the button behind me, calling doesnt seem like a viable option. Hero decided to check/rip to isolate BB in a spot where btn isnt likely to be very strong (2 pair+) given his position and what we have seen from him so far.

Curious to hear some other thoughts on this hand.
