…..;Month=Dec

Here’s the big one: Colossus (branded “Colossus II”) will play into the money for each flight, meaning you could cash multiple times in the same tournament. I’m guessing if you make it to Day 2 twice that you take a min cash and then keep your bigger stack for Day 2.

How do you not play every flight? At the same time, you’re giving up a lot of EV by being forced into a min cash for your second best stack if you make it to Day 2 twice.

Forfeiting a stack is pretty much always a bad idea, and playing a second flight knowing you’re likely to forfeit is just lighting money on fire.

I GUESS if you finish the flight with a super short stack then it’s more sensible to fire another bullet, but even then, a chip and a chair and all that. There are so many other tournaments out there after all.

Yeah, even a short stack at the end of Day 1 is often larger than a starting stack. Chip value does drop precipitiously after the bubble, though, so I guess if you had a micro stack and were already ITM it could be worth re-entering.
